Restoration

Period and historical Iron Gates, Railings and Structures should be restored to their former glory but sympathetically.  Where possible, rusted iron leaves and flowers should be replaced with new wrought-iron replacements.  Rusted bars will need sections replaced, but as much of the original metal bar should remain.

We feel privileged at Jacks Bush Forge to have been involved with several restoration/heritage projects.  It is always an education to find out how some pieces were assembled by Blacksmiths hundreds of years ago.  It is very satisfying to see an item returned to its former glory.
